- Correspondence refers to the communications between applicants/licensees and agency.
- For various licence related processes (e.g. approval of licence or application, payment received etc.), applicant/licensee needs to be informed about the statuses or details by the agency in order to carry out follow-up actions. The correspondences may be in the form of letter, email or SMS notification.
- The correspondence tab lists all the communication transactions between the applicant or licensee, and the agency. Most recent correspondences will be listed on top.
