  1. How do I start using LicenceOne?

    Upon login, the system will be guiding you throughout the entire process.

  1. Are there step-by-step guides available on LicenceOne?

    Instructional videos are available on LicenceOne to provide step-by-step instructions for applicants.

  1. What are the different payment methods available on LicenceOne?

    Payment via credit (e.g. VISA or MasterCard) or debit card is available on LicenceOne.

  1. Can I still access to LicenceOne if I do not have a SingPass account?

    For Foreigners without SingPass, you may register for a Login ID in LicenceOne. However, Singaporeans, PRs and those eligible for SingPass must use SingPass to login to LicenceOne.

    You may apply for a SingPass at https://www.singpass.gov.sg.

  1. What will happen after I request for a Login ID?

    After successful registration for a Login ID, an email will be sent to the registered email address with instructions on how to login to LicenceOne.

  1. I have forgotten my Login ID. How do I retrieve it?

    Your Login ID is the email address that you submitted when you registered for an account. If you have forgotten the email address used, please contact LicenceOne Helpdesk at [email protected] or 6774 1430 during the operating hours from 8am-8pm on Mondays to Fridays and 8am-2pm on Saturdays.

  1. I have forgotten my Password. How do I retrieve it?

    For users with Login ID, you can retrieve your Password by clicking on the "Forgotten Password" link found on LicenceOne login screen. An email will be sent to the email address registered with LicenceOne, with instructions on how to provide your new password.

    For SingPass users who have forgotten your SingPass password, you may reset the password with SingPass. Please refer to https://www.singpass.gov.sg for more details.

  1. How do I change my Password?

    For users with Login ID, you may change your password in the "Update User Profile" page. The page can be accessed after you login to LicenceOne.

    For SingPass users who wish to change your SingPass password, you may change the password with SingPass. Please refer to https://www.singpass.gov.sg for more details.

  1. How long is the Password valid for?

    The LicenceOne password will be valid for 90 days. The system will prompt you to change your password before expiring.

  1. How long can I stay inactive on the system?

    The system will log you out automatically if no activity has been detected after 30 minutes.

  1. Is SFA & NParks/AVS e-Licensing part of LicenceOne?

    SFA & NParks/AVS e-Licensing is part of LicenceOne. Please access SFA & NParks/AVS e-Licensing via licence1.business.gov.sg/licence1.

  1. Why is there a different link to access SFA & NParks/AVS e-Licensing and LicenceOne if they are part of the same LicenceOne system?

    Currently, selected transactions listed in SFA & NParks/AVS e-Licensing are not available on LicenceOne. Nonetheless, we are exploring the possibility to merge the systems in future as part of our broader collaboration with government licensing agencies.

  1. If I’m an existing SFA & NParks/AVS e-Licensing user using SingPass, can I access LicenceOne?

    You may also access LicenceOne using your SingPass. However, some transactions performed via SFA & NParks/AVS e-Licensing will not be available in LicenceOne, vice-versa.

  1. If I’m an existing SFA & NParks/AVS e-Licensing user using a Login ID, do I still need to register for a Login ID to access LicenceOne?

    You may continue to use the Login ID registered in SFA & NParks/AVS e-Licensing to access LicenceOne. However, some transactions performed via SFA & NParks/AVS e-Licensing will not be available in LicenceOne, vice-versa.
