How do I obtain a copy of the Food Recall Plan?

All food traders should have a food recall plan in place. Companies that have yet developed one may take reference from the attached standard recall procedure.

What documents are required for the renewal of licence/ registration number?

To process the renewal of licence/ registration number, SFA would require the company's food recall plan and latest emergency contact details (including names, designations, mobile numbers and email addresses) .
