6. Registration for Foreigners without Singpass

  • Foreigners without Singpass may register for a Login ID in GoBusiness Licensing.
  • Password must match the following requirements to ensure a strong password:
    • Minimum length of the password to be 12 characters long and maximum 100 characters
    • Passwords must contain characters from at least two of the following four categories:
      1. Upper case (A through Z)
      2. Lower case (a through z)
      3. Digits (0-9)
      4. Special Characters (!, $, #, %, etc.)
    • Password should not be same as your GoBusiness Licensing user ID.
    • Last three used passwords are not allowed.
