Dear LTA GoBusiness users,

Please note that LTA’s e-services for Vocational Licence (VL) and Class 2 Bus Service Licence (Class 2 BSL) will be transitioning to the new GoBusiness (GB) portal which is scheduled to go-live on 14 January 2025.

To facilitate the transition to the new GB portal, LTA’s e-Services for Application of Vocational Licence (i.e. Taxi Driver, Private Car Driver, Bus Driver, Bus Attendant and Omnibus Driver) and Class 2 Bus Service Licence will not be available from 6 January 2025, 12:00 AM till 14 January 2025, 6:00 PM.

To avoid delays on your licence application/renewal, kindly perform and complete your licence transaction(s) early (e.g. submission of pending documents, completion of renewal requirements and application/renewal fee, etc) before 6 January 2025.

Please be informed that the GoBusiness Licensing Helpdesk will operate from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM on the following festival eves:

Tuesday, 24 December 2024 (Christmas Eve)
Tuesday, 31 December 2024 (New Year's Eve)
Tuesday, 28 January 2025 (Chinese New Year Eve)

Normal operating hours will resume on the working day following each festive eve and its respective public holiday.

GoBusiness Licensing (Self-Service) will be unavailable during scheduled system maintenance on the following dates:

Applications for the Retailer Licence will not be accessible from Friday, 18th October 2024, 12AM to Tuesday, 31st Dec 2024, 11:59PM:

• Applications for the Retailer Licence saved as draft will also be removed during the period of maintenance.
• Applications for other EMA licences are not affected.

You can submit your Application for the Retailer Licence to EMA via email at ema_mdsd_retail@ema.gov.sg during the period of maintenance.
