Maintenance Notices

Dear LTA GoBusiness users,

Please note that LTA's e-services for Vocational Licence (VL) and Class 2 Bus Service Licence (Class 2 BSL) have transited to the new GoBusiness (GB) (https://www.gobusiness.gov.sg/) portal on 14 January 2025.

For Vocational Licences (i.e. Taxi Driver, Private Hire Car Driver, Bus Driver, Bus Attendant and Omnibus Driver), you may check your Vocational Licence status online at the OneMotoring (https://onemotoring.lta.gov.sg/) website. For queries/submission of Vocational Licence (VL)- related Request for Action (RFA) documents, kindly refer to the following FAQs:

  1. I had previously submitted an application in the old GoBusiness Licensing (GBL) portal but have NOT submitted the necessary follow-up documents requested by LTA to complete my application. Do I need to submit a new application in the new GB portal?

    No. Applicants who had previously submitted an application in the old GBL portal may submit any follow-up Request-for-Action (RFA) documents via the specified mailboxes based on the nature of their application:

    Email Content to Include:
    • Full Name
    • NRIC (last 4 digits)
    • Attachment of the requested documents

  2. Is any action required from applicants who had already submitted an application through the old GBL portal?

    No action is needed. Applications submitted through the old GBL portal have been received and if necessary, LTA will reach out to applicants via email.

From 22 Jan 2025, Application for Changes (HDB Commercial Properties) and Application for Resale/Transfer (HDB Commercial Properties) will migrate to the new GoBusiness Licensing portal.

If you have any draft applications saved in GoBusiness Licensing, please proceed to make the submission by 21 Jan 2025 if it is still required. Any saved draft applications which are not submitted before the migration period will not be retained after the migration.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Applications for the following permits/ licences will not be accessible from Wednesday, 22nd January 2025, 12:00 PM to Wednesday, 5th February 2025, 2:00 PM:

  • Newspaper Permit

  • Printing Press Licence

Applications for these permits/ licences saved as drafts will also be removed during the maintenance.

Applications for other IMDA licences are not affected.

Please be informed that the GoBusiness Licensing Helpdesk will operate from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM on the following festival eves:

Tuesday, 31 December 2024 (New Year's Eve)

Tuesday, 28 January 2025 (Chinese New Year Eve)

Normal operating hours will resume on the working day following each festive eve and its respective public holiday.
