Maintenance Notices

Applications for Certificate of Exemption, Moneylender’s Licence, Pawnbroker’s Licence and Insolvency Practitioner's Licence are scheduled for maintenance and not available from 14 th Sep 2024 (Sat), 2 pm to 16th Sep 2024 (Mon), 8 am.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Applications for the following licences will not be accessible from Friday, 20th September 2024, 12PM to Friday, 27th September 2024, 2:00PM:

 

  • General Operator’s Certificate of Competency
  • Restricted Operator’s Certificate of Competency

 

Applications for these licences saved as draft will also be removed during the maintenance. Applications for other IMDA licences are not affected.

GoBusiness Licensing (Self-Service) Helpdesk Operating Hours
Mondays to Fridays: 8:00am to 8:00pm
Saturdays: 8:00am to 2:00pm
Excluding public holidays

Applications for the following licences will not be accessible from Friday, 6 September 2024, 12AM to Friday, 4 October 2024, 11:59PM:

  • Electricity Generation Licence
  • Electricity Retailer Licence
  • Other Electricity and Gas Licence

Applications for these licences saved as draft will also be removed during the period of maintenance. Applications for other EMA licences are not affected.
