Cancel Existing Licence - Frontier
- When the licence is no longer needed, the licensee can request to cancel licence. Once the licensee has submitted the cancellation application, it will be processed and approved/rejected by the respective agency.
- The details to be filled in the cancellation application vary depending on the agency’s licensing policy.
Step 1: Click on ‘Licence Application’ → ‘Cancel Existing Licence’ after logging into the system. Note that to cancel HLB licences, you will need to go to ‘My Portfolio’ → ‘Licences’ tab.

Step 4: Enter the required forms to indicate the licence you are trying to cancel.
Step 5: Enter the Filer information and agree to the ‘Terms & Conditions’ to proceed.
Step 6: Enter the licence cancellation form details.
Step 7: Upload the required documents.
Step 8: Preview the cancellation request form and click on submit to proceed.
Step 9: An acknowledgement will be shown with the application submitted successfully. You will be notified on the application status via email when approved/rejected.
