22. Withdrawal Application
- System avails a facility for the applicant to withdraw their application (e.g. new licence application, amendment application, cancellation application, renewal application etc.).
- Pre-Conditions: Only Applications Pending for Approval can be submitted for withdrawal request.
- After the withdrawal request is processed and approved by the agency officer, the application will be marked as withdrawn and further processing of the application will not be allowed.
- If the request is rejected, the system will change the status of the application as per previous state (last state before withdrawal request was submitted) and applicant can continue the process.
