• Licensee can request to amend his/her licence details. 
• If licensee selects multiple licences for amendment, selected licences must be of the same licence type.
• Licence amendment may require approval process depending on the amendment type.
• Approval by agency officer may be required depending on the licence type and amendment option (e.g. Non Material, Material etc.).

•  Non Material fields refer to non critical information (e.g. emergency contact) which are non-chargeable.
•  Material fields refer to critical application information (e.g. product details) which are chargeable.
