Can I arrange for a courier to collect the licence on my behalf?

A courier or an authorised personnel may collect the license on behalf of the licensee by presenting an authorisation letter and a copy of the licensee's photo identification (e.g. NRIC, Passport, Employment Pass etc).

What are the required information / documents required from SFA& NParks/AVS for the licence collection?

The authorisation letter should capture the following information:

• application number, licence type and licence number;
• name and identification number of the authorised personnel collecting the licence;
• and a copy of the licensee's photo identification (e.g. NRIC, Passport, Employment Pass etc)
