27. Request for Action (RFA)
- The Request for Action (RFA) feature is provided for the Agency's Officer to request for actions or documents from applicant or licensee when processing a request.
- Request for Action has the following categories:
- Clarification: Agency's Officer requests applicant for general information about the application.
- Amendment: Agency's Officer requests the applicant for amendment in application. Officer can request for amendment on a whole section or on fields.
- Request for Document: Agency's Officer requests for a specific type of document from the public user.
